Here is the way I responded to the brief, being as though it had to encompass the university and to represent the different aspects of it, I decided to break the line animation into 4 different segments:

Computerised

Pen

Pencil

Material

So each segment would represent these different aspects of the uni

Here is the computerized segment, in the form of binary code

The second segment is my least favourite due to the break in the flow it seems to create, but it represents that of a pen creating a whimsical pattern.

The third section represents the pencil, a prime tool for every artistic university student has to employ for the initial stages ,and for many, the rest of the process.

The penultimate segment represents the material aspect, a sewing machine thread revolving round the subject to form the logo in full.

Here is the final segment, this is where the sketched logo forms the complete final one provided by the creative networks team.

Each segment will be accompanied by its own individual sound to further enhance the impact of each one.
